This policy explains how Zakee ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit zakee.tech or contact us. Zakee is an AI solutions company based in Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message. Our contact form opens your own email app, so your message reaches us as a normal email.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the time of the request. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
- Business information. If you become a client, we process the information needed to scope, deliver and invoice our services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the website to collect sensitive information such as health or financial data.
2. How we use information

We process your information because you asked us to (for example, by contacting us), to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, or where the law requires it.

4. Who we share information with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Website hosting (Netlify)
- Business email (Zoho Mail)
- Web fonts (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when the site loads its fonts
- Messaging, if you contact us on WhatsApp (Meta)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public. These providers may store data outside Lebanon. When that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate protections for personal data.
5. Client data in our AI solutions
When we build or run AI solutions for a client, any personal data in those systems is handled under our agreement with that client. In that case the client decides how the data is used, and we process it on their behalf. This website policy does not cover that processing.
6. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the relationship lasts plus any period required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize the information.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and email authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it
